The Eastover Homeowners Association is also an integral part of what makes the Eastover Neighborhood so nice. Dedicated to making Eastover a preferred place to own a home and raise a family in Olive Branch, the Association works to protect, promote and improve the neighborhood and city in multiple ways. Here a few examples of the ways in which we are attempting to help our neighborhood and community:

• The Association, in conjunction with the City of Olive Branch, was instrumental in securing grant money for Operation Beautification, which allowed hundreds of trees to be planted along Goodman Road at Eastover.

• The Association understands that we all should feel a responsibility for the beauty and cleanliness of our section of Olive Branch and therefore the neighborhood homeowners have adopted a part of Goodman Road and work to keep it clean in the Adopt-A-Highway Program.

• For the fun of it and to show our love for Olive Branch, we participate in the annual Christmas Parade and sponsor the annual July 4th Celebration in the city park.

• The Homeowners Association sponsors the “Eastover Neighborhood Yard of the Month” which is presented to the neighbors who have put forth that extra effort to make their homes, yards and gardens a beautiful sight to behold.

• For the benefit of the neighbors and for all you “Garage Sale Fanatics” out there, the Association sponsors the Spring and Autumn Eastover Neighborhood garage sales which are growing each year.
